My loveseat needed repair less than a year from the date of purchase. I contacted the furniture company, and after a month of getting the run-around, I called Chair-A-Medic. The owner, Bob, answered the phone after hours and was very helpful in advising me on the information I would need to gather before calling back the next day.
I decided to have my dining room chairs reupholstered by Chari-A-Medic after picking up one of their business cards at the Copenhagen outlet. Hands down one of the best furniture decisions I have made.
